Refund policy

Returns are not accepted.  All orders are checked for quality assurance prior to shipping.  Every effort is made to ensure that your order is correct, but we are humans, too, and occasionally we get something wrong.

Issues with your order
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if there are any damaged or incorrect items so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Exchanges will only be allowed if an incorrect item is shipped.  A return shipping label will be sent to you, and the incorrect item must be returned in undamaged condition. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your incorrect item, and let you know when the correct item is shipped. 

All sales are final​. If there are any issues with your order please contact me at info@safetybelleboutique.com. Any incorrect or missing products must be reported within 5 days of the tracking number stating it was delivered.
